If you’re reading this in hopes of finding the perfect realtor, then Terri is it. It's the end of November, and Gabriel and I have been working with Terri to find our perfect home since May. She put up with me being extremely picky, knit-picking every home, until she finally found us the one. She drove an hour away from her house to look around to find us a new build that fit all of our expectations, plus some. She has been beyond amazing, not only as a realtor but as a person/friend. Every time I had a question, she answered it right away, and I had a billion of them. She never made me seem like I was being too picky either (I definitely was looking back at it now!). We closed this week, and she was at closing, still helping explain everything to us. She definitely made this house-buying experience easygoing.
I’ll start by saying if you’re looking for a realtor, stop right there because you just found the one! Terri is absolutely amazing not just as a realtor but as a human being. From the beginning, she really heard our wants and needs and didn’t give up on finding our perfect home. We were first-time home buyers and she made sure to answer any questions or concerns we had. We never felt pushed or pressured and she just went with our flow, which we absolutely loved! She seriously goes above and beyond for her clients and we just can’t recommend her enough! We didn’t just gain an amazing realtor but also a friend!
This is so easy to write, but we are afraid there is not enough room to share how we feel about Terri. She has bent over backward for us in our pursuit of a new home. She has been professional, and friendly, and we always felt she was on our team! We would definitely recommend her as an honest, straightforward, tell-the-facts kind of gal who understands the Colorado market and the pressure any buyer feels in looking for their new home. Through Terri, we found our dream home! We have been blessed with our involvement with her and highly recommend her.
